I wanted to say a big thank you to you both. You were ever so helpful with answering my questions and offering me support after my father had suffered a Stroke.
I was and am truly grateful for your time and advice. The hospital in question have reversed their decision and have awarded my father on going Medical Care which is the appropriate decision. The hospital made this decision after a change of discharge nurses and a reassessment of my father, nevertheless the Office Manager and Tyler Bowden at Compass helped me understand the behaviour of the NHS which strengthened to know there was a more suitable alternative for my father (in the end this did not require legal intervention). I was comforted knowing I could have commissioned Compass CHC to have fought on our behalf if it was needed.
