Jordan Gower, Compass CHC's Case Management Team Supervisor and winner of People's Choice Award 2025

With a focus on customer satisfaction and building strong teamwork. Jordan is our well-deserved winner of this year’s People’s Choice Award, voted for by Compass CHC employees. Find out more about Jordan’s role at Compass.

When did you join Compass CHC?

I joined Compass nearly five years ago. I started in an administration role, then made the move to our Paralegal team, before moving to the Case Management team. I was promoted to Case Management Team Supervisor in August 2024.

What are your main responsibilities?

I oversee the work that the Case Management team does alongside the Case Management Team Manager. As a team we’re the main point of contact for our clients, helping them with representations, appeals and assessments. We answer any questions they have and provide guidance or reassurance about how their case is progressing. I also liaise closely with the NHS on a range of areas; assessments, appeals and retrospective cases. Having worked in different teams within Compass CHC I have a broad knowledge of the entire CHC process which helps me to give the best advice to our clients or other members of the Case Management team.

What do you enjoy most about the role?

Definitely the variety, no two days, or indeed two emails are the same!

Meet the rest of the Compass CHC team.
